Who each person is, when you last spoke with them and what was promised to them. It stays in one place, so it does not depend on someone remembering.
Notices the signals
A conversation, a reply, a visit or a silence can add context to a relationship. The design brings relevant, authorized signals together to help you know when to offer support; what a person shares matters more than an assumption.
Speaks up, or stays quiet
It raises its hand when something needs care. If there is nothing important to say, it does not interrupt.
Gets the work ready
It suggests a reply, an appointment or a reminder of what was promised, and leaves it ready for someone on the team to review.

The care behind the design
Alongside remembering and flagging what matters, these principles guide ViTo’s design. They describe what we’re building toward, not measured results.
Your company sets its tone and the words it uses. The design aims to adapt each communication to the relationship: warm when appropriate, formal and documented when needed.
It is designed not to make things up. If a piece of information is missing, it says so or hands the matter to a person.
Not every silence is a problem. ViTo is meant to tell a worrying silence from one that should be respected, and to learn the rhythm of each relationship.
Waiters, teachers, cooks, drivers. The intention is not to replace anyone, but to help each person work with more precision and spend less time entering data.

FDP means Friends Data Platform: memory and context of the relationship, helping you understand how your friends are doing and remember when to offer support.

Replies and commitments guide care. Listening, calling and improving are about helping your friends feel supported, even if they never hire you again.
