Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is VibeThink SAS, with registered address at Calle 119A # 57-35, Torre 2, 1208, Bogotá, Colombia and phone +57 316 833 8270. Inquiries and complaints about personal data are handled by VibeThink SAS, at hi@vibethink.ai.
What data this site collects
What you send by email: name, email, company, country, the reason for your inquiry and your message. The contact form prepares that message in your email application; the data is sent to VibeThink when you send the email. This site does not ask for sensitive data or data about minors. The site’s typefaces and libraries are served from this same domain, not from third-party servers. Like any website, the server that hosts it receives the IP address of each visit in order to deliver the pages.
What it is used for
The details you send us by email are used only to reply to you. The IP address is received by the server that hosts the site in order to deliver the pages, as explained above. None of it is sold or handed to third parties for advertising.
Cookies and storage
This site does not use cookies. It stores seven preferences in your browser: language, typeface, motion preference, whether music is off, the clear or misty sky option, more or fewer stars, and the level of detail. It does not use advertising or tracking tools.
Your rights
Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, you can access, update and correct your data; ask for proof of the consent you gave; be told how your data has been used; file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce; withdraw your consent or ask for your data to be deleted; and consult your data free of charge. To exercise these rights write to hi@vibethink.ai. Inquiries are answered within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days.
How to ask for your data to be deleted
Write to hi@vibethink.ai from the email address you wrote to us from and say you want your data removed. The request is handled as a complaint: within 15 business days.
How long it is kept
Storage period for messages and validity of the database: as long as needed to reply and as required by law.
Products and their policy
This policy covers vibethink.co only. VibeThink products process different data. When a product becomes available it will have its own policy, stating what data it uses, including data from Google or Meta accounts, what for, and how to withdraw its access.
Changes and validity
This policy applies from October 4, 2026. If it changes substantially, notice is given before it applies and the new version is published on this same page with its date.
